Fast Turn-Around: Using the latest high-speed machining techniques, GrassRoots Industries produces highly accurate parts in as little as one day.
High Precision: Our typical tolerances range from ±0.001 – 0.005”, depending on customer specifications.
Metrology: Using the Hexagon 7-axis absolute Arm Portable CMM, equipped with touch probes and laser scanner, we can provide certified “best fit to model” 3D scans and heat maps.
SolidWorks 3D Design: Using the latest version of SolidWorks Premium, GrassRoots Industries can take your concept from art to part. We also can design a variety of molds from which to make your parts, including injection, compression, resin transfer and soft tooling. We also make fixtures.
Material Selection: We machine a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous materials as well as plastics. Many of the molds we make are tool steels, 7075 aluminum or stainless steel.
Scalability: GrassRoots Industries can produce from 1 to 100,000 parts.

The GrassRoots Industries' staff has a diverse range of technical skills. We have experience in CAD Design, CAM programming, rapid prototyping, plastic injection molding, compression molding, mold making, CNC machining, composites, polymer chemistry, and conversion of parts from metal to plastic.
We specialize in difficult to hold, complex geometries and unique 1-off parts. We have years of experience in producing 3 and 4 axis parts with no plane of reference.
